What is your Exchange policy and how can I exchange my items?Updated 3 months ago

If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.

Exchanging your item for another is free of charge, but we also offer an alternative to the traditional exchange process in case you have trouble or doubts about your current items. To begin, visit our Exchange Page and complete the exchange request form. Please make sure you have read our Return policy for sending back the item for an exchange. 

How to Start Your Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your exchange:

1. Visit the Exchange Page:
   Go to our Exchange Page and fill out the exchange request form.

2. If you’re emailing us directly, please make sure to include all of the details below:
   
   

   • Email Address

   • Full Name

   • Order Number

   • Name of the item to be exchanged

   • Reason for exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective item)

   • Are any items defective or broken?

   • Have you read and agreed to the Exchange Policy? 

Processing Your Exchange

Please note that once your returned items are delivered to our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. As soon as this is completed, we’ll ship your new item free of charge.

Exchanging for a Different Value

Upgrading Your Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item for one of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. Once we confirm the value of the new item, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount. The invoice will be sent via email, and you can complete the payment using your preferred payment method.After the payment is processed, your new item will be shipped without any additional shipping costs.

Downgrading Your Exchange: If you choose an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference automatically.

Exchanging for a Different Size

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, especially for our bracelets, you have the following options:

Regular Size: 18 cm + 2 cm extension chain

Longer Size: 20 cm + 2 cm extension chain

Shorter Size: 15 cm + 2 cm extension chain
